    It’s a peach

Think Milne is probably having a tug over this one

‘Are you planning electric car charge points at the site? I’d happily charge my car at a premium to boost the club’s revenue. Just an idea’

As a hybrid owner, I'd appreciate charge points as well so let's not mock him.

Although I'd never use the premium ones. Sucker.

The site was originally a landfill site and believe it or not but the old Beach End stand is buried there

In many ways that is pretty irrelevant as if the new stadium ever proceeds AFC will invite sealed bids for the site and so Cala, Barretts, Milne etc will bid (a) a big enough price to win the competition to buy the site and (b) a small enough price to be able to make sufficient profits when they build and sell their houses on the site. Will that be more or less than £15M? The reality is that nobody knows as it will depend on the housing market at the time and outlook for the housing market.
I assume that the £15.25M valuation must have been based on a highest and best use as a residential development site. A 21k seater football stadium in Aberdeen has a market of 1 and therefore isn't a marketable property.

Jeepers , looks like the minimum budget amount of plant at the site . At Alan park there were at least 4 times that amount of equipment working on site & Alan park was only exactly One football pitch in area !
