    That ^^^^^

Zoomers elsewhere are girning about elelcted members, when it's local authority OFFICERS who have recommended the delay - ken, the boys that are actually QUALIFIED to make a recommendation.

Of course, some said this time last year that we'd 'had enough of experts'. Look how well that went.

Just saw DST tweeting an article about how a new stadium has helped Orlando go from nowhere to a decent MLS side in a couple of years.

Decided to have a look at their stadium and it looks like they've absolutely f*cking nailed it. 25000 capacity - with 3800 safe standing behind the goal (everyone gets their own cup holder! ) - and the club train and authorise specific people to use pyro in designated areas. How it should be done.

I know someone that was tasked with setting up a football team over there after being front of house of the Jacksonville Jaguars. He said they were throwing money at start up franchises and the local authorities were bending over backwards.

Already we've had to change the plans so the stadium isn't as high as originally planned. We have no chance in making a decent stadium.

    September 13th for the pre-determination.

I assume you mean the colour because the actual layout is immense.

That would be a good idea. I'm not very good at putting broon sauce on my pie which is like molten lava inside, whilst holding my tea.
