I watched it on Sky Lion, and the noise from the nearly 2,000 Lions fans was louder than the17,000 Bantams, especially when we went 2-1 up up. But you are right, it had a great atmosphere.

However it will be no time to be complacent on Friday night. COYLIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just seen the highlights of the game on newsatden. It's nice to see a third division side getting a 19000 gate. Too bad for them, but I hope they are still in the same division for at least another season

Well it won't be for lack of support as all home tickets are now sold out.

Bantams had an allocation of 2,200, not sure if they are sold out. Ticket update, Bantams sold 1,500 as of now

Does tonights win for Derby at Hull make you feel a bit more nervous, it does me if Im honest.
I think it shows that these 2 legged ties can be absolute chalk and cheese, and Im expecting a right barrage from Walsall in the first half on Thursday!!

Yes you can not take anything for granted but don.t get too nervous.

Because a 51 year old Grimsby town fan on his way to their final against Forest green rovers had a fatal heart attack on the way to Wembly at the thought of seeing his team back in the football league after 6 years. A very sad event.

To be honest Claw, I dont know why I was worried. We made Walsall look rubbish over the 2 legs and fully deserved the 6-1 win. Now we will sit back and relax, and watch your lot slug it out with our neighbours Bradford
