Us old uns would never have thought all those years ago when radio Derby featured Burton's local Derby against Matlock, that we would see a league match between them and Derby!
Play Burton twice in the league so good to have real derby match with close neighbours!!!

Hopefully with none of the animosity that goes with the Forest match. Nothing but fondness for Burton...can't see us having many tickets for the Pirelli match though...600 maybe?Originally Posted by swaledale

I suppose that will change when Burton Albion take six points off you next season.
Then you suppose wrong. Always had a soft spot for Burton and that won't change even if they do beat us.

There is more chance of them taking six points off the Florists..relegation for you lot next season..
We may grit our teeth but we would salute a well run club that enjoys its success at any level, which is more than we would do when playing the Trees!
A well run club,eh? That's a bit rich coming from a club which spent big in the January transfer window and then goes into bottling mode and starts it's annual decline. I notice it was Nigel's men who put up such a good fight at Hull. I just hope that having spent big and failed that you are not in line for an embargo soon.Originally Posted by swaledale
