    Dumfries Common Good Committee meet tomorrow to vote on whether to back the Queens Trusts proposed resolution for supporter representation at the QOS AGM

    ‪Delighted to announce that we have agreed to the purchase of 77 QOS shares (subject to club approval) that will take us to 1001 shares.‬

    This will make us the 16th largest shareholder in the club taking us above former director Gordon McKerrow.

    Thank you to all our members and supporters who without your help this would not be possible.

    Can personal club shares of Trust members be added to the Trust's amount of shares?

    Ftivano1: yes the directors can block share transfers which they actually did a year ago when the trust had agreed to purchase 50 shares directly from a trust committee member.

    Albertz11: no, personal shares belonging to Trust members are not added to the amount of shares the Trust holds.

    Fantastic news tonight as the Dumfries Common Good Sub Committee give their backing to the Queens Trusts resolution being added to the next QOS AGM.
