OT. The futures Bright, the Futures Brexit!!!

Now the dust has settled and everyone has now excepted Brexit, Who would you like to be our next Prime Minister, I know most folk would want Nigel Farage but at the moment that's not possible.

I would provide an answer to this question but according to my mate Swales my posts are ludicrous and nobody takes any notice of them anyway...so there is no point

On second thoughts I will say something......

.......... if only to annoy him!!!

Farage? Really?. I have nothing against him but he has got to get elected to parliament first. I know there has been been a big swing in attitudes since the referendum but I cannot see UKIP getting sufficient majority if another election was to take place in the next few months. Interesting thought though.

Now if you called Farage a Clown I'd agree with that. Now that we have our independence (ignoring the influence of the global corporations which hasn't changed one bit) what is the point of UKIP now? More to the point where is the Brexit plan?

OTR...good to see you back. Think Swales only disagreed with some of your opinions...sure he doesn't think you're 'ludicrous' and it wasn't personal.
Farage on the other hand...well he's not 'ludicrous' either...he's an oafish, idiotic, evil, manipulative, disingenuous, hypocritical, boorish, racist t**t imo. The most dangerous and disruptive man in the country as far as I'm concerned...I'm not a fan.

As someone who perhaps represents everything the more extreme Brexiteers despise...slightly left of centre/social conscience/former teacher etc...(although I am heterosexual and white so might get away with it )...I was beginning to think it was just me - and Swale - who remain wholly opposed to Brexit. Yesterday however I had a guy come round to my house to look at some work that needs doing. Nice man...everything that Brexit is meant to stand for...self employed, small business owner, 'home grown', been doing well for the last few years entirely on the back of hard work, commitment and a thorough understanding of his trade. His take on Brexit, in a conversation which he instigated, 'blooming disastrous...welcome to twenty years of hell.'

What did you teach ramAnag? My sideline is music tuition, my peers are mostly hardline left wingers who fit the remainer stereotype, but some are smart enough to think beyond what they read in the Guardian and make their own opinion either way. Sadly, I think some people like to be part of a special crowd, rather than consider the dilemma put forward.

Lol...what a suspicious mind you have RP. Actually it was at the end of the 'business dealings' and a deal had already been struck. He was just talking about how his business had grown in recent years and how he hadn't been touched by the most recent recession but was genuinely concerned about the impact of Brexit. As far as he was concerned we had 'shot ourselves in the foot' and his take was that the least well off were likely to be the most vulnerable. Let's hope he's wrong...personally I doubt it.

Young people Adi, but seriously...mainly English with bits of Games and History until I moved into the management side at which point you can forget about teaching and just move onto Ofsted target achieving. Unlike your 'peers' I'd like to think I don't conform to any 'stereotype'.

It doesn't matter what they feel Southern. The EU is unwinding as we speak.

Ours won't be the last exit
    The banks are in trouble
Immigration has turned Europe on its head

Sit back and watch it burn.
How free trade ever got sucked into political Union, escapes me.

You can still have free trade with none of the **** the EU promotes for a super state.

I'll be genuinely sorry if you leave southern but this is getting ridiculous. First ramspride and now you...why? It's a forum, where discussion takes place. Discussion involves disagreement. Swale hasn't shown any great disrespect towards you so why blame him? People have different perspectives that's all. In my opinion, and I think Swales', being led into a poor decision by just 37% of the country is both bad and undemocratic. That's our view...you don't share it...so the debate continues. Like I say, I genuinely hope you stay on board, but to blame things on nothing more than a disagreement with Swale seems a bit unnecessary. If you want offensive read the post above...'sit back and watch Europe burn' says Tricky...now that really is offensive.

Why is it offensive? The EU has allowed all sorts of misdemeanours to fall onto Europe. It's selfish plan and attitude to a political super state, has allowed innocent Europeans, to be murdered/raped/molested/abused/mugged/ and had it's self rights of national constitution removed. So bog off Ramanag. Loads of us have had enough. If you think that's abusive from from me, then I don't care. I think it's abusive that my civil rights have been mugged.
