I know. It's not like every single manager brings in their own staff with them at every single club. We must be the first?

If it's th same success they had a Burnley, and the majority of their time at Bolton, it'll do.

To be fair you have made some "quality" signings and should be able to "go toe to toe" with anyone next season..

Football has moved on since the Burnley promotion
we have made some good signings but I cannot see us being any better than last season we seem to be in decline season on season the facts are there in black and white.

For me I am (still) highly suspicious of the way this panned out. Especially now as I see where Irvine has ended up, and also the piece this morning by OC over his admiration for the man.
It just does not stack up in any way at all, that I can truly believe.
There is, for me, an awful lot of bull manure being dished.

It's still 11 vrs 11 and most goals win isn't it? What exactly has changed?
At the same time Burnley won promotion,Chris Coleman was not being paid by a Cypriot league club, after being sacked by Coventry the previous season.

He was viewed as a woefully poor manager. Football has changed that much, that now he is manager of a side in the semi finals of the Euro's. Are you telling me football has changed that much, that has shifted him from being poor to brilliant?
The side Coyle took up was not as good as the side Dyche took up.

Jose Mourinhio won the league with Chelsea. Then nearly took them down, and got sacked? He's now just walked into ManUtd and I'll likely go onto win something big with them? Is that all down to football changing?
