Thread: Teddy Bears looking good

    Teddy Bears looking good

First 15 minutes looked like it was the first time the players had met, then settled down and ran out worthy winners.

At times we looked to get opened up easier than we should, but I think Barton will shore up that part of our play, and going forward we were excellent at times, and will only get better.

A decent performance with more players to come in, the games against the other teams now will allow MW and DW to bed in other players and prepare us for the season ahead.

I thought this format to the League cup was taking the shine off this trophy, but now that it is harder to win this competition may make it more of a achievement than is given credit for.

All in all a good run out in what was basically a pre season game, but the signs are positive.

And seeing Ghengis MaGee beeling at the end is always a bonus.

I believe we will be top three at least, I expect / hope us to push the yahoos all the way and dependent on how dolly performs then its the best of the three.

I think the yahoos are there for the taking with their current squad unless they bring in a few more signings, but we have to improve on last seasons performances to remain competitive, however yesterday showed we are moving forward and with the other new signings to come in things are looking very positive, our style of football is a joy to watch at times, long may it continue.

I am willing to make a charity bet of $100 that the Rangers finish in the top six, are you willing to take my bet or is your mouth larger than your wallet?

My wallet is immense but my brain is even larger, so the answer is no (What is $100 in proper money anyway?)

Another scintillating observation from the board's resident people-watcher...
Gone a bit out of your way with this one haven't you?
Do you think Celtic and ragers supporters are as bad as each other when it comes to making predictions?

    A wise decision Jack.

Huns have previous when it comes to bumping a charity out of money.
