    I think this is the right appointment and it's all about attitude. This guy has a really bright future. The only strange part for me is that I wouldn't drop Mbemba and we just bought 2 more CBs. Last season Lascelles would have been the more likely not to start, now it seems he's won his place in the team for good.

    I think he's an exciting choice. It's the beginning of something new and it's nice not to have 34-year old as a captain. Hopefully we'll progress with Lascelles as captain and maybe he'll even consider staying if (or when) the ''bigger'' teams come calling. I still hope his primary partner will be Mbemba.
    when they were 1st signed and after they arrived here - after they'd stayed at nottingham on loan for the remainder of the season, there were loads of mutterings/rumours and articles (I think ?) saying neither him or darlow actually wanted to come here in the 1st place.


    however I definitely think they've both changed their minds since the rafalution started#
