    You lot oop north

I was chatting to a friend of mine last night that comes from Yorkshire, she insists that eating Yorkshire pudding in the morning with jam on it is one of the best things ever, this is obviously wrong,Yorkshire pudding should be eaten with roast beef and potatoes on Sunday and not instead of cornflakes, any anyone else indulge in this disgusting habit?

Yorkshire isn't in the North, it's in the north Midlands.

Yorkshire is obviously in the north otherwise it would be classed as Midlands, where does the north start? Im convinced its anywhere north of Mansfield because although they are classed as Nottinghamshire they sound like northerners, a bit flat cappish if you know what I mean

If I of my BANTZ hat on, I'd say everything north off of Watford is 'north' but being realistic, the midlands starts somewhere north off of Watford and the north starts just north off of Stoke. Anglia is an weird, backward anomaly that's best not mentioned.
