Everton today have pushed us down to tenth. Just shows how important three points yesterday would have been.

Slowly sliding away aren't we? To be fair Watford, Everton and Leicester have been more consistent than we have over the season. No complaints though we still did well overall and the Wanderers gave us some good memories to tuck away.

Really hope we go out it in a blaze of glory though and begin by sticking it to Arsenal on Wednesday.

    COMB!!

An excellent volley from Hendrick to give Burnley the lead at Stamford Bridge.

Well that didn't last long, the trickery from Hazard to set up Kante for the finish, 1-1.

The game has already been turned on it's head, an excellent finish from Higuain, a good build up to it as well for Chelsea, 2-1.

Burnley level after Barnes scores from close range. I doubt this will be the end of the scoring after the way the first 25 minutes have gone.

    Yow wus wrong mate!

Congrats to Burnley on staying up again. Not pretty to watch but you have to admire the effort and organization. Good old fashioned team, like em.

Interesting first half Spuds V Bhton. Brighton doing exactly the same to spurs as they did to us and Spurs are having just about the same luck trying to break them down.

Yes, unfortunately no more goals, Burnley's style doesn't get many plaudits, but it puts points on the board.

Finally a goal for Spurs, keeper Ryan beaten from distance by Eriksen. It's funny how suddenly Brighton's tempo of play suddenly increases!

Maybe if we had played Neves further up the field we would have got one like Eriksen delivered.

Yes it is one of lives mysteries why a team that has done nowt all game suddenly looks dangerous in the last minutes when there is only a goal in it!
