Their problem was the hiring of Sampoali if they didn’t have the players to play his style. It was never really a fit with Messi.

Just can’t believe Argentina played right into their hands by playing a high line and sending so many people forward. Everyone knows their defenders are not fast or positionally sound enough to do so. Expect for Argentina apparently.
