Benteke had a decent headed chance just before the second goal and one just after. Townsend also with a decent effort that Cech saved. A comfortable win for Arsenal.

I thought Palace were dreadful. Benteke offers nothing, just stands there like a stump hoping the ball will hit him. And why the commentators/pundits keep bulling Zaha up is beyond me. I don't think I have ever seen him have a good game, OK he has his moments but they are very few and far between. I will be very surprised if BFS manages to keep this lot up. Although with Swansea, Sunderland and Hull in there he may be OK>
