Douglas Luiz with a shot from distance pulls one back for Villa, 1-2. It makes up for his part in Bournemouth's second goal. It might not be enough though.

A good away win for Bournemouth, but Villa contributed to their own downfall. Steve Bruce already up against it with Newcastle having lost 3-1 away to Norwich.

Spent about as much on one player for Steve Bruce as they gave Benitez all last season. They’re going to go down unless they get rid of Bruce. Absolutely terrible hire

Benitez had the right idea and got out of there. If Bruce lasts anything up to ten games i will be very surprised.

I think with a lot of talk already regarding VAR that it wasn't used to award Man.City one in their game against Spurs. Lamela is all over Rodri, but not referral or anything.

A good placed heading by Sterling to give Man.City the lead. He's on fire in front of goal so far this season.

All square now, 1-1, Lamela with the goal, shot outside the reach of Ederson. You can plenty of the ball as Man.City have had, but it's the goals that count.

Man. City have created plenty of chances, but Moura has just headed in the equaliser.

Early in the year, but I just can’t see anyone beating Man City for the title. Just so relentless in attack. It’s tied 2-2 but it feels like it’s been all Man City

Man.City like leaving it late, Jesus the first to react to the loose ball, but disallowed after a VAR check. Man.City will now know how Wolves felt last week.
