A comfortable win for Liverpool, Middlesbrough just turned up and put men behind the ball, they had nothing else to lose.

Nothing else to give either, that's why they are going down I guess.

Useless fact. I watched Souness's last game for Borough at the old Riverside stadium. I think it may have been against Liverpool. Lon time ago though, could be wrong.

You was probably thinking of Ayresome Park Woody. Middlesbrough deserve to be back in the championship.

Probably one of the most pathetic attempts ever to stay in the top flight.

Thanks for correcting me Gav, I think the old mind is going. I think it's because I had to start taking my UK oap's pension last week, it's got into me head!

Mind you it's better than I expected. I stopped buying my stamp when I moved to the US in 1984 but I'm still going to get around US$600 a month. It will pay some bill's that's for sure.

    God save the Queen!!

I've just got an habit of remembering old football stadium names. Every little helps Woody regarding your pension, at least you've worked and paid into the system.

Europa League final just about to KO Manchester Utd v Ajax , the latter have been my favourite European team since I was a kid so normally I'd be Rabidly behind them but in light of recent events may the best team win!!

The worlds most expensive player makes it 1-0 Utd with a f**kin' huge deflection off Sanchez!

A deserved victory for Man.Utd, but i expected a bit more from Ajax, as the commentator said 'Men against Boys'!
