A magnificent result last night against the Scottish Cup holders , the favourites for the league and let's not forget last years league cup finalists

By all accounts the substitution of Brotherston for a struggling Hamill changed the game . Speaks volumes also that Steven Dobbie picked up the MOM award despite only coming on near the start of the 2nd half

Yes indeed. I was well impressed with the Brotherston effect! 2 brilliant assists. Some criticism is being directed at Laidlaw in the Hibs goal but when you see where Anderson's header went in, he wasn't going to save it if he stayed on his line.

Jamie Hamill had an awkward time at Tannadice and again last night. I hope he can shake that off. Gavin Skelton's subs worked to perfection though. My second viewing of Lyndon Dykes - well impressed. Jacobs and Millar in midfield did well again but they are going to pick up yellows fairly frequently. Honourable mention for Brownlie in for Higgins both last night and at Tannadice - he has done very well imho. I am in danger of becoming a cheery, happy- clappy fan!!
I expect this to wear off and my usual nerves to return as I enter Palmerston on Saturday.
