Not got right up to date figures but approximately played 70 - odd times Queens winning 20 - odd and Ayr 30 - odd

A couple of Challenge Cup results are in there as it claims to be all competitive games between the pair. However I note that the famous Scottish Cup games in 1976 (2-2 and 5-4 aet Queens) are missing from the stats as are the 4-1 (QF) and 3-2 (semi) Challenge cup wins for Ayr in the 90's.

These stats have always been bad for missing games out and as Shanty Tam says should be taken with a pinch of salt - once Queens statistician Andy Penn has settled down into his new life in the Orkneys I am sure he will provide the proper results as he did for the match programme for 23 years !
