Having had several pms on the subject (hope you all got the photos) I can confirm Miss BB is a voluptuous Football fan who is a DJ on the Cardiff area, specializing in 'All Our Yesterdays' programs for OAPs.
She was also responsible for this YouTube vid which provides a glimpse of the pictorial humour of Cardiff posters:
