    end of the line for Guthrie

    Apparently told he can leave before the window closes
    not sure how I feel about this
    when fit a good championship player but this was the problem
    when fit
    he did spend an awful lot of time sat warming the injury bench.

    we are missing Corey Evans at the moment, if he comes back and plays then we have no massive need for Guthrie. But I'm surprised at the moment, as we are light in that area. Is he any better than Akpan? Not sure - both are much of a muchness.

    It all becomes a bit clearer
    apparently according to Guthrie Blackburn were set up for a 0-0 draw
    if true do you need anymore justification that Coyle is useless as a manager
    setting up for a goaless draw at home regardless of form is negative and very counter productive
    get him and his useless helpers out asap otherwise this club will be too far gone to stage a comeback.
