Been looking at these out of contract strikers. They don't look roll your sleeves up Roth' type players. Anichebe looks the pick but according to the sun there's prem' sides interested in him. Other name Samed Yesil released by Liverpool.

Stubbs has got to make us harder to beat. Full backs & Wingers have got to support each other. Stick a player in front of the defence to give us protection. Need a proper left back. Mattock, hope he's back to last seasons level. If not Belaid or Newell.

Got to pick players on merit. At Barnsley was Halford fit to play? he's got to be better than Foster-Caskey. Are Allen & Brown type of players for a struggling championship side?
