Motherwell played in Dortmund in the Uefa Cup. It was a great day and probably our best performance in European competition despite the 1-0 loss. Happy memories.

Glorious performance, just wish Coyne hadn't picked that day to suddenly not be able to hit a barn door. We could have been three or four up at half time.

Remember it well. I wasn't at the game, i was in Tenerife at the time. We met a few guys from Scotland in the hotel then headed out to catch the game somewhere. Ended up in a German pub watching the game with a few Dortmund fans. What a night we had. A brilliant performance in the first half should have seen us in at half time a couple of goals up.

Ended up I didn't get there due to work commitments (that's always a buggar). The FP game was something special too ... rolling back the years isn't always good but that tie was brilliant.
