After a good spell by Wolves, Norwich scores against the run of play. Robbie Brady makes it 0-2

Cracking second goal. They look a level above us.

second half much better from the sounds of it. But still not enough. Can't play 45 minutes and expect results to go your way against good teams. If Wolves put together two halves today, we probably get at least a draw.

Disappointing to lose again. Need to get back on the winning track. International break next week, then back with a big one against Villa. October is the month we need to make a move. Our next three matches are a local derby, and two clubs higher in the table than us.

Another game where Wolves only really started playing the second half. Taking a look back at the first half and to concede in the manner that we did was disappointing, for Danny Batth to not even put any pressure on Cameron Jerome is poor defending in my eyes, totally outdone by the Norwich striker.

I have to say in the half i was impressed by both Hoolahan and Robbie Brady, also looking to pass and move and both offered a good link to each move forward Norwich made. Norwich often built from the back, players looking for the ball as soon as the keeper had it. In contrast for Wolves, if in doubt, lump it forward, lose the ball and on the back foot again. I commented at the game about the work rate in the game of Costa. He closes down, wins the ball and keeps at it, he also provided Wolves' best effort of the first half, his curling effort was as good as it got in the half. Carl Ikeme kept Wolves in the game with his save from Murphy.

I and many others expected a response in the second half and it was an improvement on the first that's for sure. In games of football and after the event i think we all look back at turning points in a game. The chance Dicko had was one of them, took an heavy touch and gave the keeper time to save with his second. There was also the Teixeira chance, tried too many times to get himself out of a cul-de-sac before having his effort blocked. That chance for Dicko proved to be costly, i can't take nothing away from the quality of Brady's goal, i was disappointed he wasn't closed down.

Wolves did get a goal back, a good header from Edwards, i think once Dicko was on the pitch it gave Edwards more of an opportunity to get forward.

I'm again disappointed with the result, like many others, defensively too many mistakes in the last few weeks, midfield wise, we aren't creating too much, and up top Wolves look at totally different side without Bodvarsson. Hopefully he won't be out for too long.

Thanks for the low down Gav. Could be worse, we could be the Villa!

Funny that you mention the Villa, they're our next opponents, away to them on 15th, first game after the international break. Villa could have a new man in charge if the rumours about Di Matteo are to be believed.

Highlights for those that haven't seen the game.
