    Cow Shed Photos

I noticed on a Pie and Bovril thread that a photo of the cow shed was attracting some interest so here are a couple more from late 1982:

And to think that in my young days Queens used to charge extra for entry to the Cowshed. They also charged extra for entry to the old wooden stand that burned down and a cushion to sit on, both of which were beyond my financial reach.

I've always thought that there's a really good exhibition screaming to get out of old images and the social history of the club. Would be great somewhere like Gracefield. I love these old photos and I reckon that properly presented they'd gather a fair deal of interest. Be nice to curate something along these lines.

Oddly enough, that was the first thought that came into my mind when I first saw the photograph.

Thanks Louisxiv. To be honest I only ever took a handful of photos at Palmerston but I'll have a look to see if there are any more worth sharing. Agree with your comment on an exhibition as well, would be an excellent idea.
