    Holloway is an able manager lets not forget that, he took Blackpool up and it was only when he left that they nosedived, maybe it was him that kept the owners honest.

    He also took Palace up as well so he's no mug, might be past his best but still achieved something in the game.

    He may have some merit, as his promotions show, but the acid test comes with "would you want him managing your team?" the answer to which from me would be a great big NO. In judging him as a bloke it's worth looking at his conduct just before and when he moved from Plymouth Argyle to Leicester - makes McLaren's behaviour before he left us for Newcastle seem positively angelic.
