Was driving in Dunfermline yesterday and saw a black Range Rover with HIB 5 on its number plate. I remember seeing it outside a B&B on the Moffat Road the last time we played Hibs, the 0-0 draw. Had a look online for QOS ones and it turns out that the DVLA only hands out Q plates to 'vehicles whose age or identity is in doubt'. Shame that, would be nice to have one.
