    Prediction League - Sheffield Wednesday

The Owls come to Molineux next weekend for Paul Lambert's home debut. Hopefully it will feature more excitement than his first match this past weekend. But I don't expect a new flair and creativity all of a sudden.

Wednesday come into this game in a somewhat disappointing position IMO. They made it to the playoff final last season, losing to Hull for a spot in the Premier League. They had Fernando Forrestieri and Gary Hooper returning after quality seasons and even added former Wolves forward Steven Fletcher to the mix. That is quite a hefty attacking corps with goals and experience between all three. Also added FL veteran David Jones to the center midfield. They're only a handful of points off the playoff places, but I would have thought they'd be more consistent this season given their talent and experience. Their scoring and conceding record is very similar to Wolves, though their position is 10 spots higher in the table.

I think we see a similar result to the Preston match.

I thought I had done this once, maybe I dreamt it. Anyway Wolves 1 Owls 0, Costa.

Useless fact alert, dreamt is the only word in the English language ending in "mt".

Not sure if we can manage two goals in a game at the moment but, inspired by wishful thinking:-
