Yeah, that would've been better. But not that much better. I don't think he was as great at the Euros as everybody made him out to be. Well, maybe I'm blinded by my Geordie glasses, but I don't think that he's one day above an average PL player who occasionally puts in a good shift.

I really did wonder why you lot decided to come and get him. Seems to me like you have a lot of quality players for those positions? At least a whole lot better than Sissoko.

I think he has the physical assets and ability and his problem is psychological. He seems to have a heart the size of a pea and so when he´s playing for his country in a tournament he can play well because he has motivation but tbh, most of the time his standard isn´t good enough in the PL.

The other thing that lets him down is that he thinks he´s A LOT better than he really is - again it´s an attitude problem.

Your manager is streets ahead of any of the ones he played under with us but in all truthfulness and sorry to say, you´ve been sold a dud.

That's true, you probably won't get the money back - but you'll be rid of a player who is basically a massive Arsenal fan.
