Managers, managers, managers. They can only work with what they have and lets be honest our players are not good enough for this division or probably league 1 as well.

We could appoint Fergussen or Guardiolla or Mourino etc. wont make any difference as you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Damage was done by letting Neil {many face} Warnock decide on retained list, then compounding this by letting Alan Stubbs sign substandard players.

League is at fault as well because of the loan system closing it only benefits rich clubs who can afford large quality squads, not little minnows like us.

Lots of mistakes made by Mr Stewart and his board but they will learn eventually to get some real experienced people in the club to help.
