I see that the new mayor of london is planning to spend millions more on cycle tracks, not a good idea as the roads are too congested as it stands,tube for me.

Money spent on new means of transport or improving public transport is the answer as it is plain on the nose on my mush that traffic volume isn't going to cease.

Giving an extra lane here n there is short sighted imo
