The way it's spoken about on here, it's like the players are just programmable robots. Of course the manager sets the team up and dictates tactics but it's the players who ultimately decide what happens on the park. It's far too easy for them to go missing and the manager gets all the flak.
I have to disagree with you there Pacman... It is far too predictable that he will set his team out to let Rangers have the ball and hope that McLean can get a counter attack started when we get the ball off them deep into our half. McInnes is not a manager who sets a team to start on the front foot. He has to realise that we have better attacking players than defensive players so start the games attacking from the first whistle.
RANGERS CAN'T DEFEND.... Attack attack attack!
