Look the point is if we want the right action to be taken, we have to find the right people to put the pressure on to get those actions taken, period.

If we want domestic titles stripped, then it is the SPFL
If we want Scottish Cups stripped, it is the SFA
If we want League Cups Stripped, then **** knows who, because the SPFL, will say it is not them and the SFL is no more

If you want Rangers banned from Europe, then that is UEFA, not sure what your reasons would be? The SFA granted a License to Sevco, and as much as I hate them, Sevco did not break "their rules about disclosure of contracts".
No I am not confusing the old and the new. I wasn't referring to the new club.

SFA granted a licence to old club/Sevco. Sevco used the EBT's and they failed to disclose all of the contracts which they issued to their players - ie they failed to disclose the side letters which formed part of the contractual terms between club and player. They deliberately misled the SFA.

They can't be punished now of course because they are dead (other than titles being taken away) but if the SFA came clean and were honest about the whole thing instead of issuing a wishy washy statement then that would maybe just maybe make the SPFL take some notice.

I was on the bears' den earlier, checking oot this rumour aboot a Luxembourg boy nae being eligible and that maybe sevco would be allowed to stay in Europe.

That thread was on the second page, the later entries confirming that there was nothing to the rumour. Threads that had been created in the meantime, and on the front page, include:

    "Ban celtic fans from Ibrox"

"Rangers need to get out of Scottish Football ASAP"

"Sinister words on Twitter from Spence"

and, possibly my favourite, "Best Revenge is Success"

    The indomitable human spirit, eh?

They used it with juninho but came to an settlement with HMRC when it was ruled to be a violation (as did the English clubs that used them).

Now that what has been blindingly obvious to us since this whole pantomime came to light - they CHEATED - has been confirmed, three things need to happen:

    1. Regan and Doncaster must resign immediately. Their behaviour in protecting the entities at Ibrox in the last 7 years has left them brutally compromised after today's ruling.
    2. The Lord Nimmo Smith Commission ruling must be declared void. No need for a new commission - the Court of Session and Supreme Court have already made a decision that can be interpreted simply - they gained unfair sporting advantage by CHEATING.
    3. An appropriate football penalty must be imposed by the SFA and SPFL. Under the 5-Way agreement, footballing liabilities transfer to the new entity - Sevco - therefore the new club must be held to account.

It's interesting reading the BBC pieces today and seeing them bend over backwards to state that this ruling has no impact on the current "company that runs Rangers". This is boll0cks - of course it has to affect them. They are the continuation of the entity that died in 2012 and under the 5-way agreement have to be liable for footballing penalties. In any case, how can anyone deny they are not a phoenix organization when 3 of the current Directors are the very same that were in place prior to liquidation?

Will be interesting to see what happens next. Our Chairman's position is to implore us to "move on". Sorry Stewart - no chance! I, for one shelled out cash and emotional energy following Aberdeen FC, and all the while one club was financially doping itself to the point we could not compete. This industrial scale cheating cannot be allowed to be forgotten about.

Well nothing will change and don't expect it too. Just continue to moan that its rigged, but support it at the same time.

By not listening to supporters the club is ruining it themselves. Each to their own, I must not be a "real fan"

    Reported on Fitba North:

    Dons Supporters Trust Statement.

"Dons Supporters Together aim to represent the Aberdeen FC supporting community and have done since their inception. Those supporters that travel home and away, week-in, week-out and spend a fortune while doing it.

We all appreciate that the Scottish Football League has its faults and its critics. But, we fully expect, and it is our absolute right, that the sport we love and invest in is fair and honest.

On 5th July 2017 the Supreme Court backed HM Revenue and Customs in its fight with Rangers FC over their use of Employee Benefit Trusts between 2001 and 2010. This allowed Rangers FC to recruit members of staff of a certain quality that they could not ordinarily afford. Rangers FC undisputedly cheated the taxman to win 14 trophies.

Dons Supporters Together share the view with supporters who have invested in the Scottish game, that Rangers FC should be stripped of the 14 trophies won during these EBT years.

We now appeal to the Scottish football authorities, media, supporters and clubs in Scotland to review this matter and re-instate our trust in those running the game."

    I agree 100%
Copy and paste this then email it to Sleepy Hollow and demand Milne says something
It only needs to be along the lines of what the Dhims said yesterday
"Given the legally binding decision made by the Supreme Court, we'd fully expect the appropriate football authorities to re-open the investigation into the LNS enquiry" etc etc blah blah

All supporters of all clubs should now put the pressure on to get all these trophy's and titles declared null and void.

No one is asking to be declared champions in their place.
No one is asking to be compensated for not appearing in Europe.
No one is asking for the prize money they missed out on.

Just that the records be altered to show trophy or title withheld.

There is precedent for this , 1909 Scottish cup withheld (guess for what reason)
