In match preview it mentions a visit to the '' city '' - tbh never knew Paisley was one but is the largest '' town '' in Scotland.

Paisley isn't going for city status as far as I know, but with the new St Mirren Park dubbed Paisley 2021 Stadium, they are going for UK City of Culture.

First match of 2017 and it's a really important one as come 5 o'clock tonight we could be 12 points - still 9 points or only 6 points from St Mirren for the automatic relegation spot.

Come on Queens let's start this year with a win and good luck to the new players today.

I fully expect queens to win today if new signings are in. There will be more commitment in the midfield and I can see Tan man/dobbie (if playing) relishing the prospect of quickly driven in balls from either wing just looking to be tapped in. Look what happened last night hibs/dundee utd game with good wingers, they absolutely decimated utd and I can see no reason why queens cant do that now.

Let's just hope that Dobbie is match fit.

I wasn't expecting that one. I thought Naysmith may have given him a chance at least.
