    Davis Shoukd be gone

    Transfer policy terrible
    Match tactics awful
    Player form disgraceful
    Youth player development arguable

He's hitting 0.5 out of the 4 key areas of managing Crewe and to make it worse we're wasting talent.

We've blown our budget on two small hardworking strikers, the problem being that teams now know exactly what to do against us, leave no space behind and use your midfield to break up play and you pretty much have us beat. The sad thing is everyone else figured this out in October and we've not had a plan B since then.

Udoh is scoring goals for the U23's and yet so far has had less than an hour for the first team, Saunders has been left out almost completely. Honestly have Dagnall and Lowe done a batter job? How many league goals between them??? I reckon it's less than 10. Maybe even as low as 6.

He clearly can't do the job, get a new man in who at least has a month to assess and recruit what we need.

No New man would come to Crewe for goodness sake to have to play Academy kids who are as much use as half a scissor how many goals has Cooper scored a tortoise in treacle could do better, you can find better in any None League teams than this lot,no wonder the likes of Accrington can beat them and Eastleigh. SCRAP the Academy now!!put the money into the 1st team or face the road to Perdition.

Davis has guided us into a real mess. He and Collins should have been fired by now, and certainly after yesterday's defeat. There surely is no-one still wanting them to stay. Like thnhouse, I do not understand why Udoh and Saunders are not being given a chance. We are only scoring one goal per match and only usually wake up once we are a goal down. Unfortunately, Davis will remain in situ. The Board lacks the balls to fire him and Collins because it will cost money. Someone somewhere, please buy out Hassell. We are just going to keep on sinking as the cobwebs multiply on the Board. Hell, the boardroom must resemble Miss Haversham's wedding table in Great Expectations.

Oh, and best wishes for 2017 to all posters on here. I feel stressed already and the year is less than eleven hours old.

I would think SD expects a phone call from Bowler after every embarrassing defeat and then when he doesn't get one, he knows he's safe. They had a board meeting when Lowe was thinking of going to Bury and yet none on how we are are performing on the pitch?

It need not have cost anything to sack SD and NC had the club had some professional nous about how to run a business. Everyone uses performance indicators and then if no improvement then you are out and no compensation, take it or leave it. What's so difficult?

SD will and does argue his hands are tied with the money and who he can sign and maybe the agreement is he stays unless we go into the relegation zone in L2? The Board obviously don't care what the fans think and to be honest, they never have!

Where is the next big transfer cheque coming from to sustain the million pound academy must surely be their biggest worry and maybe they really don't care whether we get relegated or not. Tranmere look like coming back in again this season looking at their results and their fan base hasn't suffered either.

There have been many occasions this last couple of seasons when SD would have had no reason to complain about being sacked and the fact is he hasn't been is not a strength of the club, its a weakness based on old men who run the club who really couldn't give a damn! SD is going no where...

Having said all that...McGarry who seems to know more about what goes on inside the club, said an odd think yesterday during his commentary, which he wouldn't normally. He said the pressure is building on SD but the Board have not made any comment yet!

I wonder if that suggests something?

McGarry is invited into the club and can pick up on whats wrong but cannot speak about it. He has too tow the line or he will be kicked out and that would not be good for his job. Just listen to him carefully and there are clues for us to pick up on so we can question the club at a later date.
He loves the club as much as we all do but because of his position is restricted on what he can actually say to the public
