    Millar To Livingston

Strong rumour that Mark Millar could be signing for League One leaders Livingston before tomorrow's fixtures.

The best kept secret confirmed. Millar is heading to West Lothian to join Livingston in their promotion push from League One.

Nae great loss I think, never saw him play up to his reputation, always thought of him as a guy you would give a job too and then find he was in the toilet for an hour.

Never really met his potential after having started out at Celtic.

Good luck to Millar . Although he didn't live up to his potential I thought he was more than often made the scapegoat by some supporters

Mark was one of those players that possessed the talent but was so frustrating as he seldom fully committed himself in a game and seemed content to simply see games out. I think that playing in a lower division will suit him more than the Championship where the pace and intensity is not so hot. I wish him all the best at Livingston but do not regard his leaving as a great loss to Queens but more of an unfulfilled potential.

He certainly looked much fitter latterly than he was when he first appeared. We needed his creativity, which we saw in flashes and he had good delivery at corners and free kicks. However, it's probably the best move for both parties at this stage.

This guy is going to wake up one day and say " what the f""" was I playing at in my career " . Yet another footballer who never reached his potential because of his own doing. I stuck up for him so many times but finally lost patience in the Dumbarton game. We were trying like hell - as a team -to rescue something from the game and he played his little passes , not showing any urgency or breaking sweat. He really should have been dominating games at this level but quite often looked like he was not going to exert himself too much. A shame but as I said before , he was at Palmerston for a reason. The comparison between Mark Millar and Michael Paton is striking . Two peas in a pod.
