Stargazer is a f@cking fabulous choice of tune and Rising is one of the most played albums in Pac Towers

    Earth Vs The Wildhearts

The Ozzy years with Sabbath, as a band (and that's what the question was) cannot be beaten if you ask me.
Heaven And Hell with Dio is a great, great album but it just doesn't reach the heights of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Sabotage or Black Sabbath.
Ozzy was blessed with wonderful guitar players, Iommi, Wylde and the best of all Randy Rhoads. His guitar playing on Diary of a madman is phenominal, way ahead of its time for someone so young.
Ronnie James Dio was The Voice as far as I'm concerned and he was great with Sabbath and on his own.
His time with Rainbow doesn't get the credit it deserves to me. Stargazer, Long Live Rock and Roll, The Man On The Silver Mountain are some of the best vocals I've ever heard.
Going back to Stargazer, it's the ad-libbing at the end of the song that gets me. Ronnie knew how to get the best out of a song.

So it's Sabbath for all time best band, DOAM simply because of the guitar work and Stargazer because it contains the best singer we has ever heard.
