Naysmith on the radio yesterday saying he's after 2 defenders and another striker . Higgins has been a great captain and servant to the club but his days are numbered

Higgins cannae leave until we have another centre back in place, got to agree his form this season, right from the off, has been poor. Anderson always struck me as a player who was trying too hard and just needed a calmer head, Someone has to go, most likely those two. Anyone know what happened to Brotherston, is he another injury?

To complicate matters re the subject of letting these two go, I think that at least two of our new boys are cup tied for our semi final v Dundee United. Anderson being a midfielder could be needed or do we have enough cover ?

Yep Thomson and Rankin are both cup-tied and can`t play in the United semi.

Tbh I would have thought transfer business, including allowing players to leave for another club, would come before that cup semi.

You are correct Tam , just that I am determined we don't hand the 'terrors' an easy route into the final. In fact , let's go out and beat them.

I always admire your optimistic take on things, JRSLP; it usually stops me being an even more pessimistic QoS fan than I am already.
You are doing a good job, Doc!
