In typical fashion, we nearly snatched a draw from the jaws of a win. Near full time , Lee ( who had not done anything wrong all game ) kicked the ball right off the park , not near reaching the half way line and Dumbarton started a quick move from the throw in. The ball ended up getting played across our penalty box and a Sons player missed from close range. This happened lightning quick after seeminhgly not much danger at all beforehand .Maybe our luck is changing a bit but we certainly deserved to win.

Agree with you 100% and so does the guy who was in front of me. We both mentioned Lee's diabolical scuff up the park at the end of the Saint Mirren game which led to the corner and their winner. I do question his concentration sometimes.

To be fair his kicking was better than the Dumbarton keeper. It is uncanny how many goals do come from poor kick outs. Defences need to be better prepared for a poor kick as well. Young Thomas does look dangerous when he cuts inside on his left peg.

I noticed that Robinson was back to getting the ball moved quickly when he had possession, rather than the mundane time-wasting display in Paisley a fortnight ago. I too noticed the kick out that went out which led to the Sons chance.

I actually seen Lee after the match on Saturday, getting him to sign a programme and happened to say to him about their chances near the end, to which he replied, "Yeah I know, it was a bit scary" or words to that effect. At the time forgetting about his kick into touch (a rugby phrase).
