I watched a program on Somalian pirates and during it they went to a wonderful looking place called Somaliland which they claim as an independent country but it isn't recognised as such. But they had to go to the bank to get change some dollars to pay their way. he changed a few hundred dollars at a market stall where there was piles of paper money stacked up out in the open with no guards. He needed a guy to wheelbarrow the dosh to his hotel lol
