Why do these cyclists on the roads put their lives at risk for such a small amount of money by cycling with no lights?

I don't have lights on my two bikes....because I don't ride in the dark or when it is foggy...As for Donald Crunt he will be out within two years...maybe earlier!

I think torture for the insubordinate cyclists maybe a tad extreme but i am all for waterboarding them to teach them the error of their ways.
