Predictions 28th Jan FA Cup Weekend

Well it's 4th round of the cup and some of our clubs are still in there but for a couple of us it's league duty and while in the face of it it's looking like 3 points these sorts of games you have to make sure there are no slip ups.

    Burnley 3-1 Brizzles
    Sutton United 1-1 Leeds
    PNE 4-1 Ipswich
    Millers 2-3 Barnsley
    Carlisle 3-1 Barnet

FA Cup special as I have to mention these teams
    Bastids 3-1 Lashers
    Mboro 2-0 Accy

Come on Accy but unfortunately I can't see it, if they got home draw maybe a snifter but not at Boro. Rovers you'd better do them sand skippers or there will be hell to pay.

It didn't help CB but far from the end of the season yet with 51 points to play for. I suppose only disappointment was maybe to add a striker but hey ho let's see how the next few weeks go as we have a number of winnable games in Feb and if we aren't regularly picking up 3 points and staying within 4-5 points of the play-offs then yes mid table. Note though we are only 5 points ff the play-offs after only picking up 2 points out of 9. SG has the squad buzzing and with 4 players added it takes a couple of games to find your balance again.

I see Leeds are definitely putting a run together in the league and now only 5 points off the Geordies who I think may start bottling it with a bit of pressure finally in them.

It would make it more interesting if the gap at the top narrowed - Feb and MArch are busy months so let's see how it pans out
