    Prediction League - Wigan Athletic

Wolves get a chance to get the Newcastle defeat off their minds with a quick turnaround at home in a matchup with Wigan. Wigan defeated Wolves in the first matchup this season, giving them one of their 6 victories this season. Their record of defending this eason isn't terrible for a squad sitting second from the bottom, conceding the 9th fewest goals in the league this eason (every other squad in the top 8 of goals conceded sans Villa are in the top 9 of the league table). They are not good at putting the ball in the net however, tied for worst goal scoring record with bottom of the table Rotherham. This is a game that Wolves should win. I keep waiting for us to pull away from the relegation race to clear safety but it hasn't quite happened. Only way I see us losing is if we are distracted by Chelsea coming to town this weekend.
