For those that played at a reasonable level of football - the manager - the system - shape - game plan - plans "A" - "B" - "C"....depending on what happens during a game is .......MASSIVE !
Our players have no leader on the pitch or off the pitch so they are headless chickens.
Game plans don't hang together.

So - by far the best football coach this club has had all season was drummed out by the likes of those who are bleating now......
I feel sorry for the silent majority who appreciate the football side - the technical side of football....but the gob-sh##tes have got exactly what they deserve... they contributed to this mess.
Someone compared us with Burton - but they've had a set management team all season.....if we had that luxury - we'd be ok now !

I didn't want Redfern sacked but the club sacked him.
His results weren't good enough although I still don't think he had enough time imo.
But I made my point and then left it because it's in the past.
You do know what your doing every time you post the same thing every time.
I get that you thought Stubbs was treated poorly but you've made your point so just move on.

You are 100% correct a123. I tried to resist but the bloke is like an irritating itch. You know you shouldn't but you can't help but scratch it. To help him perhaps we could arrange an intervention. A team of psychiatrists and a sledgehammer to demolish his shrine to the genius Stubbs should do it.

( as far as coaching ) was insignificant!
His overall impact regarding this seasons mess - we'll - he pushed our face deeper into the mud - didn't he !

I feel very sorry for the players - they care but they have no leader on the pitch and no leader off the pitch....
