Despite plenty of possession and chances, disappointingly Charlton were unable to muster a goal in this defeat to Oxford. Conor McAleny scored for Oxford Utd in the 10th minute.

On 70 minutes Charlton were reduced to 10 men when Solly was issued a red card after a one footed tackle.
