How does this work then under the new rules? He was sent there until end of season and can't go out on loan now.

Surely if they send him back the he should be available otherwise that's him done until end of season, that can't be right can it?

Sure I read somewhere recently MT where a player was recalled/returned due to injury or similar, (dementia sets in), where he was not allowed to feature in his parent clubs plans for the rest of this season.

Yes I can understand the injury bit because he could always go back when fit but that's not the case here.
If he can't play a part then the rule needs looking at because that's just stopping a player doing his job isn't it.

Just been confirmed by our club that he's still registered with Posh even thought they sent him back and can't play for us.

Bizarre rule, if we did need him ( which we don't) then they keep his registration & he won't be playing for anyone.
