    Derby Game

    An hour gone. Nerve-wracking, this.
Rovers and Villa have both just taken the lead.
My feeling is that the two referees should end the games now!

    Go Villa: 2-0!

Just another five in the last 20-odd minutes, and we'll be out of the relegation zone.

Now, let me see...10.40am. Is that too early for a drink?

I hope you're right, Alf. It's just that, after dropping the two points at Burton, I had a sinking feeling that one point wouldn't be enough today.
It would be nice to get a COMFORTABLE win for once.
Of our 33 League-games, 29 have been draws or decided by ONE goal!!!

Nice to get Tony's first 3 points early, nice to keep a clean sheet. 4 points from 6, decent start. Stay focused lads and we may do enough to stay up yet.

Good result and brings wolves and Burton back in the dog fight
Saturday is a must win as we have a tough game against Cardiff the following Tuesday but at the moment the New manager bounce is in full effect.

Looking at Wigan's record, it seems they struggle to score goals, but have a decent defence. They'll probably play for a point. It would be good to get an early lead as a confidence-boost. We still appear to be missing too many chances.
