    Geordies are a strange species.
Why do they say things like "But" to end a conversation ??
IE.. " Wey aye man but"

Awww come on now, lets not have a go at Tim Healy eh.
He is Gastric on the Still Open all hours show, he really plays that likeable role well

ps - And who remembers him playing the role of Barney the bodger, on the 80's kids show Tickle on the tumm ? lol

Tickle on the Tumm. I have never heard of it Acido however I am in my 50s so 80 kids programs weren't on my radar. I was too busy picking up skirt in the pubs late ****s early twenties and trying to avoid waking up next to the likes of Tim Healy in drag

Yes I know your a great granddad now and an old nobber git Gards lol. But dont worry though, your secret is safe with me
This show was in the early-mid 80's and a bloke called Ralph McTell used to present it and sing about it, and Barney (Tim Healy) was one of the many characters. Ohh if I had a time machine now, Id go back to that time and never want to leave it!!

Well Im coming up to 46 this June Gards (the day after BW's birthday actually lol), and there cant be much difference in age can there ?
But like I said theres a certain time in my life which Id love to go back to, and how many of us on here feel the same. If we had a one off time machine to go back and spend a week in a certain era, mine would always be the early 80's.
