Probably the poorest game this season at Gayfield. We were unable to raise our game against a very ordinary Clyde side who are struggling near the bottom of the league. This was the sort of game we should be dominating and scoring a few goals but it was Clyde who had more shots at goal than we did. Luckily most were off target.

A Mark Whatley goal a few minutes before half time looked to set the scene for a few more in the second half but come the second half we never really created any chances other than Scott being put through on his own. The keeper came off his line and a lob over him should have been our second but Scott managed to put it past the post. We should have had a penalty when Gold was pushed over in the box but neither ref nor linesman would give it. Near the end Clyde missed a great opportunity for an equaliser but the ball was put well over the bar from close in when it seemed a certain goal.

With Forfar losing the gap between us and them is down to 3 points, but we need a big improvement over today's performance if we are to have any hope of catching them.
