    Morton game on Alba

Well that was very poor fair tonight from both teams and was most definitely a poor advert for the Scottish Championship. We were beaten by a deflected shot by a team which barely deserved to win but showed a bit more fluency and attacking flair than Queens who struggled to put any coherent moves together. When we did occasionally get behind the Morton defence the final ball was terrible and we were left with scraps of chances although Thompson should have done better with the header in the first half. We simply give the ball away far too often to create any fluidity going forward and cannot build up any momentum or sustained pressure on the opposition before moves break down.
As for Robinson is it just me but his antics I find frankly frustrating. His distribution is totally inconsistent as is his handling/ punching decision making. Again tonight we saw another example of him setting a wall then standing in the middle of the goal without a clear sight of the ball being struck. This is why we conceded the free kick goal against Falkirk. Then he gets booked for fannying around time wasting. Is this because he is also the goalkeeper coach and takes no advice from others or am I being too critical of the mad goalie-please discuss? Now that the season is petering out should not Atkinson be given an opportunity between now and the end of the season to prove he can provide the consistency and defensive assurance which Lee certainly does not provide??

Personally don't think either keeper is good enough - like quite a few managers never been impressed with Atkinson and Robinson does not look like the player he was a few seasons ago - Mr Naysmith needs to sort this out and I can see a substantial clear - out on the cards.

A dreadful game of football . Too many players not good enough or simply not trying hard enough . Our season is dead and buried

The basics of goalkeeping has the keeper lining the wall up, with the last player in the wall, on either the left or right side lining up with the post, depending on which side the free kick is being taken from. The keeper then covers the other side of the goal. Surely someone like honorary club director, Alan Ball, could tell Robinson what to do, after 819 matches for Queens.

That was worse than the Conference North games that I have seen this season. What do these players do at training?
