Manager when my old man took me to my first match.
Still remember my Dad saying "Ey up Jim" & Jimmy Mac responding.
It was one of those Wurthers Original moments, I thought our old Fella was so important ........

    RIP Sir WAMAW

Like with others he was the manager when I first remember watching (although I think I did see my first game when 'the Doc' was in charge.

RIP and condolences to the family.

Sad News. Jack Mansell was the boss when I first started watching followed by Tommy Doc who fulfilled his promise to get us out of League 2 (Championship then) ...unfortunately at the wrong end.

I remember saying to my Dad that after the Doc left I thought we had 3 Managers, Jim, Mac & Ernie.

Played some good stuff under him where players like Johnny Quinn and Carl Gilbert were key players in that period.

    RIP Jim

Played in all red then. My favourite Millers strip. Could have easily confused us with Liverpool...

Yes indeed. I think at that time subbuteo had Liverpool and Rotherham as the same set.
