I'm sure the public would not want to witness such a barbaric medieval practice. I wouldn't and gone are the days when the public were forced to face executions or shot one by one until they complied as portrayed in the TV Series Banished. If they were the payback back we are now getting would increase tenfold. To be hung drawn and quartered means that the person was hung until nearly dead, cut down and stretched on a rack until all his limbs had been pulled from their sockets, then disembowelled with an axe and his heart shown to him before his body was cut into four quarters and displayed as a warning to others at the four corners of the town.

Too good for some of these scum. Make the barstewards suffer in agony just like their poor innocent victims had to.

My question - why do they bother? just let him bleed to death or chuck him off the bridge into the river as he did to another innocent passer by.

OK it may create a martyr but that's OK by me.
'They' bother because 'they' are trained to save lives without judgement. Can't say I would have done the same in fact I may have held your coat while you chucked him in the drink, but then again I'm not programmed into 'duty' (like health pros, rozzers, armed forces etc are). Braver and more dedicated than I, all of them.

They knew about the terrorist suspect and they did nothing, to apprehend him. He has gone on to committ this terrible act, that could of been prevented and saved lives. This is makes me sick,to my stomach. 🤢

Was he beheaded before or after he was shown his own heart?
